Employee Accounting Department / Controlling 

Your tasks

• Current accounting activities (such as billing, auditing of accounts, bank postings, account reconciliation, analyzing accounts, advance VAT return, recapitulative statement)
• OPOS management, weekly reminders
• Completion and booking of travel expense accounting, ongoing maintenance of travel expenses regulation
• Cooperation with the monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Preparation of the internal and external reporting

Your Qualification

• You have as a minimum a completed commercial education, in the ideal case, you have several years of work experience in the area of accounting, you have completed a business studies program with the focus on accounting etc. or you have corresponding further education
• You work reliable, precise, conscientious and structured
• You have very good knowledge of the commonly used MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• You are flexible, reliable, team-minded and responsible
