Our chia seeds are available in 25kg bags and big bags. Both varieties are high in fibre and protein. They have a high proportion of unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids is particularly noteworthy.
Black organic chia seeds have a nutty flavour and contain more antioxidants than white organic chia seeds. White chia seeds have a milder flavour and contain more calcium than black chia seeds.
